"I need a web platform that offers the same smooth flow and rich user experience found on [login to view URL], but built exclusively around Professional/Expert profiles. Each expert must have a public page with bio, skills, rate, availability calendar and a prominent “Start Session” button.

Real-time interaction is essential. Users should be able to launch any of the following widgets directly from an expert’s page:
• Chat widget
• Audio call widget
• Video call widget

Every session must run on a pay-per-minute meter that:
• Starts the timer the moment the connection is established
• Shows live cost to both parties
• Bills automatically through Credit/Debit cards or PayPal, then forwards the agreed split to the expert’s balance

Behind the scenes I will need an admin dashboard where I can: edit profiles, adjust minute rates, set commission percentages, review transactions, and handle refunds or disputes. A clear, mobile-first UI, secure authentication, and GDPR-compliant data handling are mandatory.

Deliverables I expect from you:
• Fully responsive website, deployed on my hosting and ready for live traffic
• Source code with comments, database schema, and installation guide
• Brief video or call walkthrough so I can add experts and adjust settings on my own
