"I need a dedicated app that lets our education centres manage student learning from one place. The core is a student-facing learning management module where learners log in, see their courses and open materials anytime.

The resource hub must handle three formats smoothly:
• recorded lesson videos that stream without buffering
• in-app viewing for e-books or PDFs
• interactive quizzes or exercises that store scores and sync when the device reconnects

Tutors and admins require a simple dashboard to upload those assets, tag them to a course and decide who sees what. Because our admissions team wants everything consolidated, the same app should also collect new-student applications and enrol them once payment is confirmed.

I’m flexible on technology—Flutter, React Native, Kotlin/Swift or any approach you’re comfortable with—so long as the user experience is consistent across devices and the codebase is clear.

Deliverables
1. Fully branded mobile app compiled for Android (iOS welcome if the stack supports it).
2. Lightweight backend or CMS for content, user and admission management.
3. Source code and deployment guide.

Acceptance criteria
• A demo student can log in, stream a video, read a PDF and finish a quiz with results saved.
• An admin can upload a new video and make it appear in the app without rebuilding the client.
• A new learner can complete the admission form end-to-end.
