"I need a developer who can build a full-featured Adobe Premiere Pro panel—installed through Adobe Extension Manager—that behaves much like Motion Bro ([login to view URL]). The panel must give editors instant, drag-and-drop access to three asset types I supply or add later: Presets, Transitions, and Stock Footage. A clean, responsive UI that feels native to Premiere is essential; once the panel is open the user should be able to browse thumbnails, preview in real time, and drop the chosen item straight onto the timeline without leaving the app.

Core functionality I expect
• Robust library management: import new packs, tag, search, and delete items safely so nothing breaks existing projects.
• Seamless Premiere Pro integration: no manual copying of files—everything installs as a .zxp package, registers itself correctly, and survives version updates of Premiere.
• Customization options: for each preset or transition, the editor should be able to tweak duration, colors, fonts, or other exposed properties before committing the change.

Please architect the plugin so I can add additional asset types (SFX, LUTs, etc.) in future versions with minimal code changes. Source code, build instructions, signed .zxp installer, and concise user documentation are part of the final hand-off. Proposals from developers already familiar with Adobe CEP/UXP, ExtendScript or equivalent Premiere Pro plugin frameworks will be prioritized." (client-provided description)
