Scope of work
• Redesign every public-facing page and dashboard in a modern, minimalist style while preserving the existing classified ad workflows.
• Build a fully-fledged ecommerce layer so users can sell directly from their listings. Core components must include:
– Shopping cart with guest and logged-in checkout
– Product reviews tied to user profiles
– Wishlist functionality that works across desktop and mobile
• Overhaul the forum to feel seamlessly integrated with the new marketplace. Priority improvements are:
– Enhanced search that can filter by topic, seller, and tag
– A transparent user ranking system that rewards high-quality contributions
– A cleaner, faster user interface consistent with the site’s new look
