"I need a USSD-based micro-lending service that customers on the Orange, Mascom, and BTC Bemobile networks can reach from any handset. After dialing a short code, users should be able to register, request an instant emergency loan for needs such as school fees or medical bills, or take small “pay-as-you-use” credit to top up electricity or airtime. Each transaction must feed a simple scoring model so repeat users gradually build a credit profile that unlocks larger limits.

Core flow
• Dial USSD code → register (name, ID/passport, mobile wallet)
• Select loan type → see approved amount and fee → accept → instant disbursement to the linked mobile money wallet
• Automatic repayment tracking and balance reminders by SMS
• Real-time update of an internal credit score that the system references on the next request

Back-office requirements
• Web dashboard to configure loan products, interest/fee tables, and repayment terms
• Customer lookup showing full history, current balance, and score
• Exportable reports (CSV/Excel) on portfolio performance and delinquency
• Admin authentication and role control

Technical expectations
• USSD application hosted on a cloud-based gateway and connected to Orange, Mascom, and BTC Bemobile short codes
