"I have a legacy weighing-bridge application written in Visual Basic 6.0 that captures every truck movement. For each weighing ticket I store SerialNo, VehicleNo, Party, Material, LoadingPlace and UnloadingPlace. I now need those same fields to appear instantly inside Zoho Books as soon as an operator saves the ticket, using Zoho’s published API (I already have the official documentation and authentication tokens).

Your job is to extend, wrap or call my existing VB6 code so that the moment a record is created it is posted to Zoho Books in real time without any manual export-import steps. The solution must run silently on Windows 10, respect Zoho rate limits and handle common failures (network drop, token expiry) with automatic retry or meaningful logging.

Deliverables
• A VB6 class, module or COM component that accepts the six fields and pushes them to Zoho Books via the correct endpoint.
• Clear, step-by-step setup notes so I can register API keys, reference the component in my project and test the call.
• A short test form or script demonstrating one live insert and showing the JSON request/response for verification.

Acceptance criteria
• Saving a ticket in my test database triggers an immediate, correct entry inside Zoho Books, visible through the web UI.
• All six fields map exactly to the agreed Zoho Books objects / custom fields.
• Source code compiles cleanly in VB6 IDE and runs without external dependencies beyond standard Windows libraries and the WinHTTP component (or similar)." (client-provided description)
