"I have a multi vendor portal and I want to payment integration feature, map integration, live chat support feature. This platform will combine Hotel Booking, Restaurant Ordering, Pickup & Drop Services, Wallet and Payments, Live Tracking, and Chat Support into one application.
Roles and Permissions
1. Super Admin
• Can view all orders from hotels, restaurants, and delivery partners.
• Can activate or deactivate any hotel, restaurant, or delivery partner.
• Controls commissions, disputes, refunds, and settlements.
• Has a full analytics dashboard (sales, bookings, active vendors, active customers).
• Can assign executives who handle chats with customers.
2. Hotels
• Register and verify profile.
• Add hotel details (photos, description, address).
• Add multiple room categories (Deluxe, Suite, Non-AC, AC).
• Manage availability using a calendar view.
• Accept or reject bookings.
• Apply discounts, offers, and seasonal pricing.
• Receive and confirm online payments.
3. Restaurants
• Register and verify profile.
• Add multiple branches or franchises.
• Add food items with categories and pricing.
• Accept and manage orders (Placed → Preparing → Out for Delivery → Completed).
• Assign orders to delivery partners.
• Apply offers, discounts, and coupons.

4. Delivery Partners
