"I want to bring a fresh Android-only app from idea to Play Store release. The core concept is already outlined; what I now need is an expert who can translate that vision into clean Kotlin/Java code, design an intuitive Material-compliant interface, and shepherd the build through testing and deployment.

Here’s the flow I have in mind: we refine the feature set together, move into iterative prototyping, then progress through development sprints with regular APK drops for review. Once the build is stable, I’ll rely on you for final QA, Play Store packaging, and a short hand-over session that walks me through the codebase and release process.
