Project description:
"I need a production-ready web application that takes any video, automatically extracts the original audio, and returns a fully synced dub in multiple languages. The platform must work end-to-end: upload → pick target language → preview synthesized voice → download the finished video. Videos are the only media type in scope for now, but building the core in a way that later accommodates podcasts or educational material would be a plus.

Core requirements
• Multilingual voices: the first release should at minimum cover Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Italian, Portuguese, and Russian. And indian languages more focused
• Natural voices: neural TTS—think Amazon Polly neural, Google WaveNet, Azure Neural TTS, ElevenLabs or similar—so the dub sounds native, not robotic.
• Automatic transcription & alignment: Whisper, Azure Speech to Text, or any comparable model may run in the background to keep lip-sync tight.
• Simple UI: upload button, language selector, progress bar, preview player, download link. Mobile-friendly.
• Scalable backend: containerised (Docker), ready for deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Speed: the full pipeline for a 10-minute video should finish in minutes, not hours.
• Clean code and brief setup docs so I can extend the stack myself.

Deliverables
1. Source code repository with README covering local setup and cloud deployment.
2. Deployed MVP running on my cloud account, reachable by URL.
3. One sample video successfully dubbed into at least three of the listed languages as proof of quality.

Acceptance criteria
– Voices sound natural with correct gender and accent for each language.
– Audio stays synced to within ±100 ms of lip movement throughout.
– No manual timeline adjustment needed after processing.
– Interface passes a quick UX walkthrough on desktop and mobile.
