"I already have a production-ready wallet built with Kotlin (Android) and Flutter (iOS). What I need now is a fast, clean reskin across both platforms—same colour palette, updated branding, refreshed UI layout, and new iconography—to match our latest style guide. I will supply current screens and target mock-ups during our first discussion so you can size the effort accurately.

Beyond the cosmetics, a few functional touches are required:

• Integrate our existing user-authentication endpoints, push-notification service, and several internal REST APIs.
• Refactor the Laravel portal that powers the wallet so it reflects the new look and handles the added API calls. If it proves more efficient, we can wrap the current portal and have the mobile apps communicate with it through the updated APIs; I’m open to whichever path shortens delivery without compromising quality.
• Although the Laravel Portal is complete, I'm more comfortable with .net core.

Timeframes are tight, so I’m looking for someone comfortable juggling Kotlin, Flutter, and Laravel in parallel. I’ll provide brand assets, API documentation, staging credentials, and a set of before/after screenshots up front. Final deliverables I need from you:

1. Android and iOS builds (APK + IPA) matching the new design.
2. Updated Laravel codebase pushed to our Git repo and deployed to staging.
3. Source code with clear commit history and brief setup notes so my team can maintain it.
4. A quick smoke-test report confirming user auth and push notifications fire correctly through the new APIs.
