Project description:
"I’m building a very focused e-hailing service that works only inside one housing estate. Residents reach it through a single web link that opens cleanly in any mobile browser, so no app-store installs are needed.

Core flow
• A resident registers or logs in with a valid Unit ID.
• From the main screen they request a ride; only our two on-site vehicles appear.
• The first driver to accept locks the job and enters (or the system returns) an ETA that the resident immediately sees.
• Status changes—accepted, arriving, cancelled—are pushed in real time via WhatsApp and reflected on screen.
• Either party can cancel before pickup.
• No payment handling is required—this is purely a dispatch tool.

Interface & tech notes
I want the UI to stay minimalist: a handful of screens, clean typography, nothing ornamental. It must be fully responsive so Android and iOS users get the same smooth experience. Behind the scenes I’ll need a simple driver dashboard plus a small admin panel where I can maintain Unit IDs and the two driver accounts.
