Project description:
"I’m developing a dedicated online portal that lets prospective international students submit, manage, and track their applications for university admission, visas, and scholarships in one place. The site’s focus is pure application processing, so the workflow needs to be as streamlined and user-friendly as possible.

Core user features
• Account creation with secure profile management
• Document upload and management for PDFs, images, and Office files (max 20 MB each)
• Real-time application status tracking that updates at every review stage
• Automated eligibility check that flags missing data or ineligible criteria before submission

Admin requirements
• Dashboard to add universities, scholarship calls, and intake deadlines
• Role-based access for counselors and visa officers
• Ability to review files, leave internal notes, change statuses, and export data to CSV
• Email notices plus optional SMS/WhatsApp alerts via an API such as Twilio

Technical expectations
The stack is flexible—Laravel + Vue, MERN, or a headless CMS with a React front-end are all acceptable—as long as it delivers clean, well-documented code, responsive design, GDPR compliance, and OWASP-aligned security. Storing uploads on Amazon S3 or similar object storage is preferred.
