"My Android grocery-shopping app crawls at every turn—home screen, product search, checkout—essentially the whole app feels stuck in molasses. I have not attempted any profiling, refactoring, or asset trimming yet, so you’ll start with an untouched codebase and a clear performance baseline.

What I need is a full-cycle speed boost:

• Benchmark the current build with Android Studio Profiler (Flutter) and share the before numbers.
• Identify the worst bottlenecks—slow network calls, oversized images, blocking database queries, bloated Gradle config, anything that shows up in the traces.
• Implement fixes directly in the project, keeping the existing UI/UX intact.
• Produce a short report that highlights changes made and the after-optimization metrics (cold start time, frame rate, memory footprint).

Acceptance criteria: launch-to-home in under 2 seconds on a mid-range device and smooth navigation without visible jank. Push your changes via Git so I can review diffs and run the app side-by-side with the original." (client-provided description)
