"I’m building a dedicated music-player for Android and need a developer who can take it from concept to a polished release on Google Play. Core playback controls—play, pause, skip—and reliable background audio are must-haves. Users should be able to create, edit, and reorder playlists, then enjoy their tracks offline without an internet connection.

The interface has to stay clean and intuitive; sticking to familiar Android design patterns is fine, but I’m open to tasteful custom touches if they improve usability. Right now the scope is Android only, though I may expand to iOS once the first version proves solid.

Deliverables I expect
• Full Android Studio project with well-commented Kotlin or Java code
• Release-ready APK/AAB and signed keystore
• README covering build steps, permissions used, and how offline caching is handled
