"I’m building a mobile app that lets households order fresh milk, dairy items, and everyday groceries either on-demand or through flexible subscriptions. The app must run smoothly on both iOS and Android and feel identical in design and flow.

Core flow
• Shoppers browse a catalogue that I can update at any time.
• They choose between placing a one-off order for the next morning or setting up a repeating schedule (daily, alternate days, custom calendar).
• A cut-off timer should show how long they have to modify or pause the next delivery.
• At checkout they pay through popular gateways—UPI, credit/debit cards, wallet options—and receive an in-app and push notification confirmation.
• Chat-style customer support sits inside the app for quick help and refund requests.

Admin & data
A lightweight admin panel (web or mobile) should let me add products, edit prices, push offers, and view order analytics. Inventory updates must reflect instantly in the app. Basic sales and subscription reports exported in CSV/Excel are fine for now.

Deliverables
1. Native iOS and Android apps compiled and ready for App Store and Play Store submission
2. Backend with secure APIs, user authentication, and payment integration
3. Admin panel with product, order, and subscription management
4. Complete source code, environment documentation, and a brief hand-over walkthrough

Acceptance criteria
• End-to-end order and subscription flows complete without crashes on current iOS/Android versions
• Successful payment and automatic order placement reflected in the admin dashboard

• All screens pass basic accessibility checks (font resizing and VoiceOver/TalkBack)
