"I’m ready to invest 50–70 K in a lean but polished MVP that lets people catalogue their clothes and lend them to friends straight from their phones. The build has to launch on both iOS and Android from day one, so I’m open to a shared-code approach such as Flutter or React Native, as long as the final experience feels native on each platform.

Core feature set is intentionally tight:
• a simple flow to add, edit and tag wardrobe items (photos, size, notes)
• a way to share or lend pieces to selected friends, including status updates (requested, accepted, returned)
• lightweight in-app messaging so users can confirm details without leaving the app
Every action sits behind secure registration; no guest mode is needed for this first release.

Clean architecture, well-commented code and hand-over documentation are part of the deal, along with test builds and a short walk-through video that proves each core flow works on both platforms.
