"Experience: 6+ years in UX/UI, product scraping, and WordPress/WooCommerce Web Development

This project is structured into two main phases, each with distinct deliverables.

Phase 1: Content & Product Management

This phase involves a detailed content update to ensure product data is accurate, well-structured, and easily discoverable.

1.1 Product/Image Migration (Image, Product Descriptions)

Task A: The goal is to add approximately 80 new brand products listings from another website to my website or manually adding content (descriptions, images, ingredients,) from specified branded sites and incorporating them into the website by maintaining the same UI interface

Task B: Update an existing brand's section of 15 variants on the website from another website ( Ingredients, Imagery,

1.2 WordPress Content Updates & Site Enhancements

Task C: Product Re-classification & Tagging on Wordpress: re-classify in wordpress 150-250 product tags to improve filter accuracy and navigation. Very easy task in wordpress

Task D: Site Banners: Replace 3 existing site banners with two new ones on the main page

Task E: New Banner & Landing Page: Custom insert a new banner and a landing page on the main site.

Task F: Update on the site the "Bulk Buys" section and add 5 new special-offer bundle products.

Task G: Creating 2 new category sections on the front page. These will be from the template theme.

Task H: Update from a spreadsheet the weight in grams for 17 variants. An Excel sheet with the necessary data will be supplied.

Task E: Incorporate a captcha in the contact form

Task: G Updating 2x email templates within Wordpress

Phase 2: Site Optimization (Maintaining the UX/UI of the site)

A. Checkout Speed & Refinement: Ensure the checkout process is fast-loading. Desktop Speed Optimisation is at 92+ /100 which is excellent - Ensure Mobile responsiveness optimisation is above 85/100 curerntly at 38

B. Ensure the Ajax search function and product loading is operating correctly

C. Ensure the template is updated to the latest version and everything is working fine.

D. Ensure the cart check out is consistent in terms of speed.

E .Ensure all existing assets and imagery and loading up properly on the site

F. Perform a server-side audit to speed up the site. Admin access to the hosting platform can be provided.
