Project description:
"I need a single, unified system that lets administrators, managers, and employees handle day-to-day client and staff interactions from any device. The platform must run smoothly in a modern web browser and ship with companion mobile apps so the same data and workflows stay in sync whether someone is at a desk or out in the field.

Core scope
The heart of the build is client tracking and employee performance monitoring, with the architecture kept flexible so resource scheduling can be slotted in later without a rewrite. Each user group gets its own dashboard: administrators maintain the master records and permissions, managers oversee teams and reports, while employees see an uncluttered view of their tasks and client notes.

Tech expectations
A clean, REST-style back-end (Laravel, Node, or similar) paired with a responsive front-end (React, Vue, or Angular) will keep development fast and maintainable. For the mobile side, I’m open to either a cross-platform approach such as Flutter/React Native or separate native builds—as long as features and styling match the web version.
