"I need a purely web-based CRM tailored to an import-export workflow. The core is robust contracts tracking, but the real priority is end-to-end follow-up of every sales contract—from first quote through order confirmation, shipment, invoicing and final payment collection.

Two teams will live in the system: Sales, who generate Business , and Support, who update progress and handle client questions. Role-based permissions and simple dashboards should let each group see only what they need while still sharing a single data-set.

Ideal flow: an Admin exec logs a new contract, follow ups for key documents (PI, BL, packing list, etc.), updates shipment milestones, then triggers invoicing and records receipts so nothing slips through the cracks. Automatic reminders for overdue / shipments payments or stalled shipments are a plus; so is a timeline view that shows every touch-point with the customer at a glance.

Whether you build from scratch or customise an open-source stack, the final deliverable must be accessible from any modern browser, responsive on mobile, and ready for me to deploy on our own server. A short demo with sample data is expected before hand-over so I can confirm the contract-to-cash path works smoothly.
