"I need a straightforward, double-entry accounting system that lets me record transactions once and have them cascade automatically through journal, general ledger, trial balance, and the Statement of Profit or Loss & Other Comprehensive Income. From those records I want to generate, on demand and for any chosen date range, a Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.

Only one login is required—an admin account for myself—so role management can stay simple. We work in a single currency and have no plans to add others, which should keep the monetary logic clean.

I’m flexible on the tech stack; Laravel with MySQL, Django with PostgreSQL, .NET, or another modern framework is fine as long as the code is well-structured, documented, and something I can deploy on my own server later.

Deliverables
• Complete source code and database schema
• Working application hosted temporarily for acceptance testing
• Short user guide covering transaction entry, report generation, and basic maintenance
