"We’re building a bilingual website (Arabic and English) for a non-profit initiative that focuses on raising awareness and building professional capabilities in risk management. The site will be developed using WordPress. We already have the full brand identity ready, including the logo, fonts, and colour scheme. We’ve also prepared a simple PowerPoint layout to give a general idea of how we envision the structure, but we’re open to your creative input as a developer and designer.

The homepage will start with a welcome section and an interactive self-assessment quiz that allows users to answer questions and get a result indicating their awareness level. We’ll provide the full list of questions and possible outcomes. Below that, the homepage will introduce the initiative’s services, followed by a “What’s New” section that highlights fresh content, which could be in the form of articles, tools, or other useful materials. At the bottom of every page, there will be a section for newsletter sign-up to keep interested users informed.

There will be a membership page offering three types of memberships: one for individuals, one for companies (covering up to 3 users), and a discounted category for specific social groups. The discounted membership will apply to three predefined groups, which we will share with you after the agreement is confirmed. The registration process should reflect this structure, and the system must be able to show a “0 SAR” fee during the first 6-month free trial period.

We also want to include a gated “Knowledge Hub” that features downloadable tools and resources. This section should only be accessible to users who have registered and logged in with a valid membership. Lastly, there will be an “About Us” page that outlines who we are, what we aim to achieve, and how our initiative connects with national development priorities and global goals like the Sustainable Development Goals.

Please keep in mind that this is a non-profit project with limited resources, so we hope pricing proposals will reflect that understanding. All plugins used must be official and properly licensed to avoid issues with updates or compatibility in the future. We’re looking for someone who can build a clean, responsive, user-friendly WordPress site that works seamlessly in both Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR).
