Project description:
"I want to launch “Buddy FIX”, a mobile application that makes it simple for customers to browse, compare, and book Annual Maintenance Contracts as well as one-time repair services for their home appliances (AC, kitchen units, bathroom fittings, sofas, mattresses, dining equipment, televisions, CCTV, and more). The first release must be available on both iOS and Android from day one.

Key user flows include:
• Browsing service categories and seeing clear inclusions and exclusions for every AMC plan or one-off job.
• Selecting among several AMC tiers, or choosing an individual service, then placing a booking with an optional priority slot if they already hold an active contract.
• Receiving push reminders for upcoming visits and renewal dates.
• Requesting customised corporate pricing through a dedicated form inside the app.

I am open to Flutter, React Native, or another proven cross-platform framework as long as the final build runs smoothly on recent devices in both stores. A lightweight admin panel or an easy way for me to update plan details, pricing, exclusions, and available time slots is essential.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Fully functional iOS & Android apps, ready for App Store and Play Store submission.
2. Source code with clear documentation.
3. Tested booking and notification flow linked to a simple backend (Firebase, Supabase, or similar).
4. Handover session so I can manage categories, AMC options, and future additions such as Furniture or Security Systems when the time comes.
