"My Shopify store needs a thorough health-check. I’m seeing a stubbornly high bounce rate and occasional downtime, and overall the shopping experience just doesn’t feel smooth. I’d like a seasoned Shopify developer to perform a detailed audit that covers three key areas—performance, usability, and SEO—then hand back clear, prioritized next steps so I can move straight into fixes.

Scope
• Performance: dig into server response times, third-party app overhead, theme-level bottlenecks, Liquid code quality, and Core Web Vitals. The goal is to explain the downtime spikes and provide concrete guidance to improve stability and speed.
• Usability: pinpoint what’s driving the poor user experience. Heat-map or session-recording insights are welcome, but at minimum I need a walkthrough detailing friction points in the customer journey.
• SEO: review on-page structure, theme markup, schema, and indexation issues. I want a list of quick wins and longer-term technical SEO improvements tailored to Shopify.

Deliverables
1. An audit report (PDF or Google Doc) that groups findings by priority—critical, high, medium, low—with evidence (screenshots, metrics) for each issue.
2. A concise action plan or Trello/Excel backlog I can hand to a developer team, complete with estimated effort and expected impact.
3. A 30-minute walkthrough call or recorded video summarizing top recommendations.

You may use tools such as Lighthouse, Shopify Theme Inspector, PageSpeed Insights, and Screaming Frog, but feel free to bring any specialty tools you rely on.
