I am looking for an experienced Android developer to build a fully functional virtual camera application (ready-to-install APK) for Android devices.

The app should:
• Act as a virtual camera recognized by the Android system.
• Allow me to stream a selected video source (pre-recorded video, network stream, or static image).
• Be detected by other apps (e.g., Amazon Live, Amazon Chime) as if it were the device’s physical camera.
• Optionally support integration with OBS (via network protocols like NDI or RTMP, or another practical solution).
• Be ready to use without any manual coding or scripting – I just need to download, install, and run it.

Key Features:
• User-friendly Android app with a simple UI.
• Option to choose the video source (file, stream, image).
• Real-time video output recognized by apps that use the camera.
• Tested for compatibility with Amazon apps and (if possible) with OBS setups.

Required Skills:
• Strong Android development experience (Java/Kotlin).
• Deep knowledge of Camera2 API and virtual camera implementations.
