"I’m preparing to launch a customer-service chatbot inside our iOS mobile app and need a native-level speaker of both English and Arabic to verify that everything works smoothly for users in either language.

You’ll install the latest TestFlight build, chat with the bot through all visible flows (common questions, account look-ups, escalation path, etc.), and note any linguistic glitches, logic dead-ends, or UI issues—especially those related to right-to-left rendering when Arabic is selected. Screen recordings or annotated screenshots plus a concise defect list (steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual, device/iOS version) will be the core deliverables.
