Overview

I’m looking for an experienced software developer to build a desktop application for photographers.
The software should combine:

Advanced photo editing features (inspired by PhotoScape X & Krita).

Interactive Photobooth mode (inspired by RightBooth & DSLR Booth).

AI-powered and non-AI features for background removal, green screen, cartoon effects, and face/body transformations.

Advanced print engine for professional event printing (photo strips, collages, A4/A5 layouts).


This project is aimed at professional photographers and event businesses (photo editing, automated effects, and instant printing).

Required Skills

C++ / Qt – Core development, UI, camera & printer integrations.

Python (API/Extensions) – Automations, AI integrations, pipelines.

Experience with Krita / GIMP / PhotoScape X / image editors.

Familiarity with AI image processing (Lovable AI or similar).

Strong knowledge of image processing libraries (OpenCV, Pillow, etc.).
