Role Overview:

As a Commission-Based BDR, you’ll:
1. Research and identify leads who may be open to new opportunities.
2. Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and other approved channels.
3. Share details that we will provide.
4. Book intro calls or forward interested clients to our recruitment team.
5. Track outreach and responses in simple reporting tools.
