Project Description:
We run a small hospitality business and want to save time on manual reservation management. Currently, all bookings come in via WhatsApp, and our team writes them down in Excel/Google Sheets. This process is time-consuming and prone to errors.

We are looking for a freelancer experienced in workflow automation (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar) who can build a simple but reliable system:

Key Features Required:

1. Customer sends a booking request on WhatsApp (name, date, time, number of people).


2. The system should:

Extract the booking details using AI (ChatGPT/OpenAI or similar).

Check availability (max number of tables per time slot).

Record the reservation in Google Sheets or online Excel.

Send automatic confirmation back to the customer.

Notify our internal WhatsApp group with booking details.



3. The solution must be easy to maintain and extend in the future.



Freelancer Requirements:

Proven experience with WhatsApp Business API (Twilio, 360dialog, Gupshup, etc.).

Strong skills in n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, or other automation tools.

Knowledge of integrating AI/NLP (ChatGPT, GPT-4, or equivalent) for text extraction.

Ability to provide clear documentation so our team can understand and adjust workflows.


Nice to Have:

Previous experience building booking/reservation systems for restaurants or small businesses.

Ability to suggest improvements (e.g., email/SMS confirmations, reservation dashboards).


Deliverables:

Fully working automation workflow (WhatsApp ↔ AI ↔ Excel ↔ WhatsApp group).

Basic usage and maintenance documentation.

Short handover session (video call).
