"NOTE: No idea of the cost or difficulty of such a project so the budget chosen was just purely so this could be submitted.

Looking to get an idea for the cost of a branded CRM/Client Portal for a small UK based IFA firm primarily dealing in mortgages but also investment, pension and insurance advice.

We want it to be easily editable and updatable by the firm going forward as compliance is always evolving so being able to quickly and easily create new forms for clients to complete would be necessary.

We need the ability to send documents for esigning via the portal and this to be UK compliant and binding.

We also need the ability for clients to be able to complete documents like Factfinds, Risk Questionnaires etc. via the portal and for advisers to be notified when this is completed. These documents would also need to be downloadable if necessary. It would also be necessary to duplicate and update some of these documents/forms in the future without losing the original, for instance if a client has come to the end of their mortgage term we need to be able to easily update their existing factfind to create a new one without losing access to the original for compliance purposes.

We need this to all be done in a secure way that at the same time does not create unnecessary burdens on the client or adviser as the idea is to be saving time.

Each adviser would need to be able to track their individual cases, updating as to each stage they are at with a case.

For audit purposes we would be keeping this data indefinitely so suitable hosting would be required although it will not need to be substantial given the documents required for each client." (client-provided description)
