Project Overview

HomeFax is a cross-platform solution (iOS, Android, Web) designed to create a centralized digital history for homes. The platform connects homeowners, builders, and contractors in one secure ecosystem — allowing builders to hand off project documentation and warranties, homeowners to manage their property records, and contractors to service requests in an organized way.

We are looking for a full-stack team or experienced freelancer to build the MVP version of HomeFax — with a scalable architecture and clean, professional UX.

Key Deliverables
1. User Roles & Features

Homeowners (Mobile + Web):

User registration (email, phone, OTP, social login)

Profile setup with photo/video option

Manage multiple homes & projects (add/edit/delete, timelines, builder invites)

Document & appliance storage (PDF/JPG/PNG upload, search, reminders)

Request contractor services (quote requests, payments, ratings)

Purchase property reports (via Stripe)

Secure chat with builders & contractors

My Account: service history, subscriptions, invoices, activity log

Builders (Web):

Register & create profile (business name, details)

Upload project timelines, milestones, and documents

Manage warranty documentation with version control

Manage subcontractor tickets & staff accounts

Chat with homeowners and contractors

Receive notifications for service requests

Contractors (Web):

Create company profile & services offered

View, accept, or decline service requests

Send quotes, track jobs, and receive payments

Export payment reports

Chat with homeowners

Admin (Web):

Manage users (search/filter, edit, deactivate)

Manage payments, commissions, subscriptions, and reports

View analytics dashboard

Content management (FAQs, T&Cs, Privacy Policy)

Oversee platform chats for security & moderation

Payment Integration

Stripe for subscription plans, service requests, and report purchases.

What We’re Looking For
