"I want to build a web system (accessible from computer/browser) with the following features:

1. Manage multiple WhatsApp Business numbers:

Connect each number by scanning a QR code from the WhatsApp Business mobile app (like WhatsApp Web).

The system should keep the session active, so I don’t need to scan again every time.



2. User Management:

There is an admin (me) who can add users.

Each user has their own username/password to log in.

I can assign specific WhatsApp numbers to each user (e.g., one user gets 2 numbers, another user gets 1 number, etc.).



3. Chat Features:

Each user can only see conversations of the numbers assigned to them.

Ability to create Labels/Tags to organize conversations.

Ability to create Groups inside the system to organize customers.



4. Chat Translation:

Automatic translation of messages between two languages (e.g., Arabic ⇄ Spanish).

Preferably using Google Translate or an alternative (chat gpt).



5. Conversation Transfer:

Ability to transfer a chat from one user to another.

Ability to transfer a chat from one number to another inside the system.



6. Permissions/Roles:

Different permission levels (e.g., Admin / Agent).
