"I run a residential cleaning business and now need a full-function booking website so clients can select a date, pay on the spot, and leave feedback after the job. The entire experience must feel modern and clutter-free, looking great on both desktop and mobile.

Core features I must see at launch:
• Appointment scheduling with a clear calendar that shows live availability and automatically blocks out slots once booked.
• Online payment integration (credit/debit cards and the usual wallets) processed securely on the site—no redirects.
• A simple customer-review area tied to each completed booking so new visitors can read verified feedback.

Design style: clean lines, generous white space, easy navigation, and fast loading. Think minimal icons, subtle brand colours, and intuitive calls-to-action.

Deliverables:
1. Fully responsive booking platform connected to my domain and hosting.
