"I’m building a dedicated Fire Safety application and need it developed for Android entirely with Flutter. The app will guide users through prevention tips and give clear, actionable steps in case of an emergency, all wrapped in a clean, modern interface that feels at home on today’s devices. I have the core concept, wireframes, and basic content ready; now I’m looking for a developer who can translate those assets into a polished, production-ready release.

You’ll set up the Flutter project, implement the UI, wire in state management, and prepare a signed build that meets Google Play requirements. Clean, well-commented Dart code and adherence to Flutter best practices are essential so I can maintain the project easily after hand-off.
