"I need an Android-only parental-control solution built entirely in Sketchware. The child-side app must run offline, cache every event locally, and automatically sync to the parent (admin) device the moment an internet connection returns. A companion parent dashboard—also produced in Sketchware—will display and manage all incoming data.

Core feature set
• App blocking that lets me:
– instantly block chosen apps
– whitelist only approved apps
– schedule usage windows by day and hour

• Screen-time reporting with daily, weekly and monthly totals.
• Real-time and historical location tracking.
• One-way audio monitoring and remote camera capture (photo & video).
• Call recording, call-history logs and SMS capture.
• Full social-media activity logging (major platforms).
• Remote file and gallery access as well as the ability to push a device-wide lock command.

Technical notes
• All code must be native Sketchware projects so I can open, edit and rebuild them myself.
• Background services should be battery-efficient and resilient to task-killer interference.
• Data between child and parent apps must be encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Deliverables include: exported .sketchware project files, signed APKs for parent and child apps, and a concise setup guide.
