"I need a clean, fast-loading website whose primary goal is to present information clearly while feeling lively on phones and tablets. The desktop view matters too, yet the mobile experience must come first: fluid layouts, finger-friendly navigation, and quick, intuitive access to content.

Beyond simply displaying text and images, I want visitors to engage. Integrated surveys and forms should let them submit feedback, questions, or simple polls without leaving the page. The responses must reach me instantly via email and also store in a backend dashboard or database I can export later.

A lightweight CMS that lets me add or edit pages myself is essential; if WordPress, Ghost, or another mainstream platform suits the brief, I’m happy to use it as long as performance stays snappy. Modern HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript practices are expected, and any frameworks or plugins you choose should remain well-supported and easy to update.
