"1) Purpose & Background
Creators lose time managing inbound brand emails, negotiating scope, and tracking contracts, timelines, and payments. This project delivers an AI “Creator Manager” that replaces routine manager tasks through an Agent (automation + AI workflow) and a companion App (control center for docs, dates, and money).

2) Objectives
Automate brand-deal intake, triage, and negotiation.
Centralize contracts, NDAs, tax docs, and campaign records.
Track due dates, deliverables, usage windows, and payments.
Give creators a simple, chat-based interface (SMS + in-app).
Provide clear analytics on pipeline and monthly earnings.

A. AI Agent (Core Workflows)
Email Integration
Connect to creator’s email account(s) to ingest inbound inquiries.
Parse sender, brand, scope, budget, deadlines, usage, and terms.


SMS Interest Check
Auto-send a text: “Interested in this opportunity?” with quick replies (Yes / No / Ask for details).
If No, archive/label and mark as “Not pursuing.”
If Yes, continue the workflow.


AI Summarization & Next Steps
Generate a concise brief: brand, deliverables, timing, usage, rates (if provided), red flags.
Offer one-tap options: Draft Response, Negotiate, Decline, Request More Info.


Drafting & Negotiation
Draft first response aligned to creator’s tone and templates.
Negotiate scope, timeline, usage, exclusivity, and pricing using rule-based guardrails (rate floors, usage multipliers, rush fees).
Maintain full message logs and versioning.


Records & Compliance
Save all key dates (post, shoot, review, payment).
Store contracts, NDAs, SOWs, tax docs (e.g., W-9), and final terms.
Attach emails/threads to deal records.


Calendar & Alerts
