"I need a mobile application that lets my service company handle customer reservations end-to-end on both iOS and Android. At its core the app must give customers an effortless way to book, view, and adjust their appointments while giving my team a clear view of who is coming in and when.

Key functions I must see working smoothly:
• Calendar integration – two-way sync with native Apple and Google calendars so new bookings appear instantly and any outside changes flow back to the app.
• Notification system – push notifications and in-app alerts that confirm bookings, remind customers of upcoming appointments, and flag any schedule changes.
• Customer profile management – each user should have a profile storing basic contact details and a full reservation history we can reference later.

I’m open to your preferred tech stack—Flutter, React Native, Swift/Kotlin with a shared backend, or another approach—so long as performance is native-like and the codebase is clean and well documented.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Clickable prototype showing the customer flow and staff view.
2. Production-ready iOS and Android builds accepted by App Store and Google Play.
3. Complete, commented source code with build instructions.
4. Brief admin guide covering calendar setup, notification keys, and user management.
