"[login to view URL] handles thousands of concurrent viewers every Saturday when we stream live marching-band events and sell the accompanying digital downloads. Last weekend the WooCommerce portion of the site slowed to a crawl and I had to shut the store down to keep the broadcast online. I need someone who can jump in immediately, identify every performance bottleneck, and leave me with a lean, fast, and dependable WooCommerce setup.

You’ll begin with a deep audit of our current WordPress theme, plugins, queries, and server configuration. From there I want unneeded extensions removed, code and database calls optimized, proper object/page caching tuned, and anything else that will keep checkout and product pages lightning-fast under heavy load. Once the fixes are in place, please stress-test the site so we both know it can survive peak traffic without dropping transactions or frames.

Deliverables (all mandatory)
• Written audit outlining each issue discovered and proposed remedy
• Implemented optimizations on the live server (with a staging workflow to avoid downtime)
