"[login to view URL] needs to move from its current placeholder state to a fully-functioning real-estate platform built on Laravel. The core purpose is to showcase property offerings, both residential and commercial, while making it effortless for visitors to connect with our agents and book viewings.

Key features to build
• Dynamic property listings: create, edit, publish, archive and search by location, price, type and status (sale / rent).
• Agent profiles: photo, bio, specialties, contact form and social links, manageable from an admin panel.
• Appointment scheduling: calendar view, available-slot logic, email/SMS notifications and simple rescheduling or cancellation for users.

Project scope
I already own the domain and hosting; you will supply the complete Laravel application (Blade or Inertia preferred), database schema (MySQL/MariaDB), and any necessary third-party packages. The UI must be responsive and SEO-friendly. Admin dashboards, role permissions and clean code with comments are required so my in-house team can maintain it later.

Acceptance criteria
1. All three core features work end-to-end on staging and production.
2. Residential and commercial listings render correctly on desktop, tablet and mobile.
3. Page load time under three seconds on GTmetrix for the homepage and a sample listing.
4. Source code passes Laravel Pint or equivalent code-style checks.
5. A short hand-off document explains environment variables, deployment steps and how to add new properties or agents.
