"I have a single, beautifully designed PDF that presents the 99 Names of Allah. I want this document packaged into a lightweight mobile app that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The core flow is straightforward: the user opens the app, the PDF is instantly available offline, and they can flip through its pages without ever needing an internet connection.

Key functions I need built right now
• Offline PDF viewing: the file is either bundled or downloaded once, then stored locally.
• Bookmarks: users tap a simple icon to save their current page; those bookmarks must persist after the app is closed.
• Sharing: native share-sheet integration so a reader can share a page (or at least the PDF link) through the device’s standard options.

Tech expectations
• Flutter or React Native—either is fine as long as the final builds pass App Store and Google Play checks.
• Clean, minimal UI that matches modern platform guidelines.
• Well-structured, documented code so I can add features like in-document search later.

Deliverables
