"I’m rolling out a fresh Zoho CRM instance and need an experienced hand to wire up three core integrations so everything speaks seamlessly.

First, the Webforms. I already know the exact data I want: each form must capture leads and also support custom-field variations for special campaigns. I’ll give you the field map; you’ll build the forms, embed them on my site, and confirm every submission lands in the right module with the correct assignment rules and follow-up workflows fired.

Second, WhatsApp. I have official API access and want the full works inside Zoho: pre-approved message templates, smart chat automation that slots straight into our lead pipeline, and the option for reps to flip a chat into a support ticket without re-typing a thing. Blueprint or Deluge scripting is fine—whatever keeps the flow tight and traceable.

Finally, Telephony via the Zoho Marketplace connector. My preference is Zoho’s native telephony environment, yet I’m open to RingCentral, Twilio, or VICIdial if you can prove a better fit. Calls should pop inside the contact record, auto-log with recordings, and trigger the same follow-up logic as other channels.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• Two live webforms embedded on my site, pushing data accurately to Zoho CRM with field validation and assignment rules.
• WhatsApp channel authorised, message templates approved, chat automation working end-to-end, and tickets created in one click.
• Telephony connector installed, test calls showing screen-pop, call logs, recordings, and a sample workflow post-call.
• A brief hand-off document or loom video so my team can maintain the setup.
