"Project Overview:
This project involves setting up a WooCommerce-based webstore for Magic Wear. The scope includes product data extraction from third-party JB's Wear distributors, preparing a compatible CSV file, building a user-friendly online store, and providing training or documentation for future product updates.
Task 1 – Product Data Extraction and CSV Preparation
- Extract JB's Wear product data, including:
- Product name
- SKU (if available)
- Images
- Available colours and sizes
- Short and long descriptions (if available)
- Categories (e.g., workwear, polos, etc.)

- Compile the data into a WooCommerce-compatible CSV file formatted for use with import tools like WP All Import.

- Product data must be sourced from only one of the following approved websites:

Note: Please confirm the approximate number of products expected to be extracted after your initial assessment.
Task 2 – Webstore Creation and Product Upload
- Develop a fully functional, mobile-responsive WooCommerce webstore with a clean and user-friendly interface.
- The design should be similar in layout and usability to the source websites listed in Task 1.
- Upload and test the CSV from Task 1 to ensure all products are displayed correctly.
- Provide training or a clear guide on how to update and maintain product listings in the future (e.g., for stock changes or new product uploads).
- Freelancer may recommend a suitable WooCommerce-compatible theme or plugins for enhanced design/functionality.
Additional Notes and Requirements
- Freelancer must conduct their own research and specify:
- Which plugins or tools will be used (e.g., WP All Import, CSV management tools, theme suggestions)
- Whether any additional costs (plugin licenses, subscriptions, etc.) are required

- If any costs are not included in the original proposal, they must be quoted upfront for approval. No additional purchases are to be made without prior agreement.

- Final deliverables must include:

- Completed and import-ready CSV file
- Any plugin license keys (if purchased)
- Brief documentation or walkthrough for product management
