"I’m getting ready to launch a small, content-driven site and need a developer who can take me from concept to a live, polished blog. The core of the project is an informational website that lets me publish articles easily and collect visitor emails through a newsletter signup form.

Because I’m not sure whether a full CMS is necessary, I’ll rely on your guidance. If WordPress, Ghost, or a lightweight static-site generator is the best fit, explain why, set it up, and walk me through basic publishing. If a no-CMS route makes more sense, outline the pros, cons, and the workflow you’d implement.
