"I have a slate of time-boxed Odoo tasks that will run for two straight months and I need a Chennai-based developer who can devote full-time attention to them. The work spans Sales & CRM, Inventory & Manufacturing, Accounting & Finance and, as new needs surface, the rest of the standard modules. Expect a mix of fresh module development, fine-tuned customisations, and performance improvements.

To hit the ground running you should already have at least five years of deep Odoo practice across both Community and Enterprise editions, with a portfolio that shows you can take a feature from concept all the way to production. You’ll be owning problems end-to-end—scoping, coding (Python, XML, JavaScript where needed), writing tests, and pushing to our Git repo—so a self-directed mindset is essential.

I’m looking for someone who can start immediately in Chennai, work closely with our local team during business hours, and keep communication clear through daily stand-ups. If the first two months go well there’s a strong chance we’ll extend the collaboration, so think of this as a proving ground for a longer engagement.
