Core requirements
• Blackjack only: fair RNG, clear bet / payout logic, chips or real-currency stakes displayed crisply on desktop and mobile.
• Payments: the player must be able to deposit and withdraw with Apple Pay and standard Visa cards. Suggest your preferred gateway (Stripe, Adyen, etc.) but it must pass PCI checks and settle funds quickly.
• Commercial model: we start on a rental basis. I put down a modest deposit, you keep an agreed-upon percentage of net revenue while the site proves itself. If our collaboration runs smoothly, I am prepared to move to a full buy-out in the low five-figure range.
