"I'm going to build a simple web application where users can submit feedback, and an AI (via the OpenAI API) will summarize their input. The app should consist of a responsive feedback form, backend processing using OpenAI, and a basic admin panel for reviewing and managing submissions.

Requirements:
Frontend:
