Position: Lead Management & CRM Integration Specialist

Primary Objectives:
Create and maintain seamless integration between lead sources, CRM, and communication channels while implementing automated workflows for lead nurturing and qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Source Integration:

Connect Meta Ads lead forms
Integrate Google Ads lead generation
Set up and manage web form submissions
Ensure real-time lead capture and routing

Kommo CRM Management:

Configure and optimize Kommo CRM
Create custom fields and pipelines
Design automated workflows
Set up reporting and analytics
Manage user permissions and access

Communication Channel Integration:

Configure email automation sequences
Set up SMS messaging workflows
Implement WhatsApp business integration
Create and maintain message templates
Monitor delivery and response rates

AI Integration & Automation:

Utilize n8n for workflow automation
Create sequence nodes for AI agent integration
Set up outbound call automation
Implement lead qualification workflows
Monitor and optimize AI agent performance via Vapi and voicerr workflow

Chatbot Development:

Design conversational flows
Implement chatbot integration
Create response scenarios
Maintain and update chatbot logic
Monitor chatbot performance

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills:

Proven experience with Kommo CRM
Knowledge of n8n or similar automation tools
Experience with Meta and Google Ads platforms
Understanding of API integrations
Familiarity with AI implementation
Chatbot development experience
SMS/WhatsApp integration expertise
