"I need a lightweight, end-to-end web application built with React (frontend) and Node + Express (backend).

Scope
• Frontend: a responsive Home page with basic information and intuitive navigation; a Form page with several new fields so that users can submit data; and a Dashboard page that lists every submission in real time.
• Backend: RESTful endpoints to accept, store and retrieve the form data, plus any minimal middleware needed for validation and CORS.
• UI: clean, modern and mobile-friendly—no elaborate styling, just sensible layout and clear typography.

What matters most to me is that React components are well structured, the Express routes remain simple, and everything is clearly commented so future updates are painless. Please wire the two sides together with fetch/axios, confirm that submissions persist, and deliver the full project (source code, build scripts and a concise README) within the timeline we agree on."
