Description:
I’m looking for a developer to help me build a simple web-based tool for insurance agencies. The tool should allow staff to upload or enter claim form data, and the system will automatically check for common errors before submission (missing fields, invalid formats, duplicates, etc.).
Goal:
Create a minimum viable product (MVP) that works for a pilot program with a few agencies. It doesn’t need to be fancy — just functional and easy to use.
Requirements:
• Experience with web app development (React, Vue, or similar)
• Backend experience (Node.js, Python, or PHP — open to suggestions)
• Ability to set up a simple database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Firebase)
• Experience with form validation rules
• Clean, simple UI (basic is fine for MVP)
Deliverables:
• Web-based prototype where users can:
1. Upload or enter claim form data (CSV, PDF, or manual entry).
2. System automatically checks for missing/incorrect fields.
3. Outputs a simple “error report” or “clean” message.
• Documentation on how to run/maintain it.
Budget:
• Pilot project budget: $500–$1,500 (fixed price) depending on scope.
• This is for the MVP only. If successful, we’ll expand into a long-term contract.
