"I’m preparing to roll out new mobile titles in Germany and Spain on both Android and iOS, and I need a Unity-Ads-savvy partner to get the user-acquisition campaigns live smoothly. My priority is the initial build: account configuration, geo-specific targeting, creative set-up, attribution links, conversion tracking, and everything required to press “go” with confidence.

Because CPI, retention and compliance benchmarks shift noticeably between these two markets, I’d like to work with someone who can point to past Unity Ads launches—ideally showing install volumes, average CPI and early-day retention curves for either Germany, Spain or comparable Tier-1 EU regions. If you have screenshots, dashboards or concise case studies, please reference them.

What I need from you in your proposal
• A step-by-step plan for campaign creation and launch timelines
• Tools or dashboards you rely on (Adjust, AppsFlyer, IronSource, etc.) and how you’ll wire them into Unity Ads
• A brief risk assessment covering regional privacy or store-policy nuances
• Expected checkpoints for reporting once the campaigns go live
